Rachel and 50 Cent got together once again to do some Morning Glory re-shoots in NYC. There was rumor that MG would be doing re-shoots, clearly that turned out to be true.
Woodhaven residents willing to brave the snow and cold Friday got a toasty treat: a glimpse at two of Hollywood and music’s hottest stars: Rachel McAdams, best known for her roles in “The Notebook” and “Mean Girls” and rapper-turned-actor 50 Cent.
McAdams and 50 Cent could be found milling about 94th Street and 85th Road, filming “Morning Glory,” a new romantic comedy by director Roger Michell that explores the wacky and hilarious lives of four morning news producers and anchors.The film, which comes out this year, also stars Harrison Ford, Diane Keaton, Jeff Goldblum and Patrick Wilson.
It’s possible Rachel will be joining a Woody Allen film. According to different internet sources Rachel is in negotiations to star in a Woody Allen film.
Rachel McAdams is in negotiations to star opposite Owen Wilson and Marion Cotillard in Woody Allen’s untitled movie scheduled to shoot in the summer.
As with most Allen movies, plot details are being kept under wraps, though the setting for the ensemble is France. Spain’s Mediapro is financing and plans to sell the movie in Cannes.
McAdams is coming off the success of “Sherlock Holmes” and has on her docket Terrence Malick’s untitled movie project, in which she will co-star with Christian Bale, Javier Bardem and Olga Kurylenko. The movie shoots this year.
The actress, repped by UTA and Magnolia Entertainment, next appears with Harrison Ford in the J.J. Abrams-produced “Morning Glory,” which Paramount releases Oct. 28.
Selena Gomez is featured in Emmy Magazine were she talked about Rachel; Selena is a big fan of Rachel.
On Rachel McAdams: “She’s made some very smart choices and she’s never played the same character. She’s done Mean Girls, The Notebook, Red Eye. She was fantastic in all of them. I always go see her movies the first night they open.”
The Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films has announced the nominations for the 36th Annual Saturn Awards that will be presented on June 24 in Burbank. Avatar had the most nominations but “Sherlock Holmes” was second with 8 nominations and one of the nominations is for Rachel for Best Supporting Actress. Congratulations Rachel!
